- Web Portal Users is configured in the web portal, Advanced Setup, Web Portal Users.
- To add a web portal user select the Add button.
- To make changes to an existing web portal user select the Edit button.
- You cannot delete a web portal user but you can deselect the Active checkbox to deactivate the web portal user.
- The only mandatory fields for a web portal user are the User Name and the User Email.
- Permissions is used to control access to different areas of the web portal.
- Operator is used to associate the web portal user to an operator in order to view Time Clock and Appointments information.
