Web Portal Users

  • Web Portal Users is configured in the web portal, Advanced Setup, Web Portal Users.
  • To add a web portal user select the Add button.
  • To make changes to an existing web portal user select the Edit button.

Web Portal User Details

  • You cannot delete a web portal user but you can deselect the Active checkbox to deactivate the web portal user.
  • The only mandatory fields for a web portal user are the User Name and the User Email.
  • Permissions is used to control access to different areas of the web portal.
  • Operator is used to associate the web portal user to an operator in order to view Time Clock and Appointments information.
