Introducing our new support ticket system. You will find the Support Tickets option in your secure web portal. You can create new tickets and view and update older ones. All updates are sent to our support staff, and depending on the priority level selected by you, will be responded to in a timely manner.
The new system provides a secure and unified communication channel. Use it for operational questions, configuration questions and anything that you cannot find an answer to in our Help Manual section.
